Gabriella Atencio

My name is Gabriella Atencio, and I have been a research assistant for Dr. Clark's lab since March 2021. I have assisted on multiple neuromodulation projects within the lab, such as the LDRD, CLEAR, and Vielight studies. Through Dr. Clark's lab, I have been able to collect and analyze data, recruit and contact potential participants, and had a wonderful opportunity to present a poster at the University of New Mexico’s Team Research Symposium. I am beginning a PhD Program in Clinical Psychology this upcoming Fall 2022 at Oklahoma State University. I will be working under Dr. Kara Kerr at the Hardesty Center for Clinical Research and Neuroscience center in Tulsa, Oklahoma, investigating adolescent internalizing disorders through fMRI techniques.
